How can I use a custom swiftc compiler in xcode?

I have a wrapper that calls swiftc and does some other external stuff during each compile of a swift file. I would like to call this wrapper instead of swiftc in my xcode build. With Clang, this is fairly straightforward (set the CC variable to wrapper.sh where wrapper.sh calls clang at some point in its execution). But I haven’t found a good way to do this with Swift. Any ideas?
